Aaj kal jyadatar log START-UPs ke name , fam aur money ko dekh kar Ek Entrepreneur banne ki chahat rakhte hain aur try karna chahte hain . But kavi v apna business khyaalo se bahar ground pe nahi la paste. Jyadatar yahi dekhne ko milta hai ki mostly logo ko yeh pata nahi hai ki kaise apne business ko point A se point B tak le ke jae. Point A ek Entrepreneur ke dimaag ka shaandaar idea hota hai . Point B jo ki ushka baad ham hope krte hain ki apna business secure , established aur money making ho jae.

1.Just Start 

                           Right start karne se jyada jaroori hai start karna. Zara sochiye . Agar aapne apna business start hi nahi kiya toh kuch hoga hi nahi. Start karne se kamse kam aapke paas option hoga ignore ya tackle karne ka .

4.Hire remote workers. 

     
                Agar apko lagta hai ki Sara kaam aap khud hi kar lenge toh aap galaxy hai . Kyu ki mahaan kaam karne ke liye aapko kuch helping hands ki jarurat jaroor padegi. Aur ache kaam karne wale kam salary pe milna thoda muskil hai but namunkin nahi aap kar sakte hain.


5. Hire contract workers. 

       
          Ek Employer banna itna v aasaan nahi hota hai . Yeh aapke business ke process ko slow v kar sakti hai . Aur mostly log chote startups mai kaam karna pasand v nahi krte.

                   Aap hire karne ke wajay workers ko contract basis pe v rakh sakte hain. Kehne ka matlab yeh hai ki apko kisi ko hire kar ke burden nahi banana hai balki yeh jugaad lagala hai ki kaise kaam complete ho.

6. Find a cofounder. 

     
             Cofounder hona galat nahi hai apko kisi ko apne business main Lana chahiye jishse apko lagataar inspiration milti rahe . Aur bahut jaruri hai ki aap jise apne business mai la rahe hain ushe aap jaante ho aur jo ush field mai acha  ho toh hi apko success milengi.
                
                     Cofounder apko woh skill provide kar sakta hai jishki apko jarurat ho. Jo apko aage badhne main help karega.


 7. Work with someone who pushes you to the extreme.

                    Yeh ek greatest reason hai ki , kaise Steve Jobs ne Apple ko world ka most innovative aur valuable brand bana pae. Kyu ki woh apne logo ko push karte the. Yaha unhone describe kiya hai ki woh kaise apne Management ko Approach  karte the. 



Haan, woh thoda aggressive aur unkind jaroor the par woh logo ke andar itna productive aur talented bana dete the ki woh khud v untna nahi kar pate .
Yahi chiz aur inspiration hame apne cofounder, mentor,employee, Friend sab se ham expect kar sakte hain. Jaisa ki Steve Jobs  kehte hai.
    Agar aap KuCh great chij except kr rahe hain, toh aap unke liye great chije kar sakte hai.

8. Don't focus on money.

     
          Apko hamesa paresaan hone ki jarurat nahi hai ki paisa kaha se aaega. Ek acha product/service paisa banane ka rasta khud khoj leta hai.

               Yeh sahi baat hai ke starting ke time pe sirf money pe focus karna sahi nahi hai. Woh apko track pe bahar le jaega.
 Acha kaam kare aur knowledge gain kare money apne aap aane karega.


9. Spend time and money on marketing.

 
             Marketing ek jabbarjast chij hai jo apne business ke liye kar sakte ho. Jab aap apne product/service ki marketing karte ho toh woh un logo ke paas pahuchta hai jo ushe actually khareedenge. Marketing koi waste of time nahi hai. Yeh aapke business mai pehle se ki gai best investment mai se ek hai. 

  10. Talk to your potential customers.

       
       Ek START-UP Jada time tak Entrepreneur ke mind mai nahi reh sakta. Ushe ek na ek din apne potential customers ke bich aana hi padta hai.

               Jo log aapke product ya service ko khareedte hain ., Aap unke reviews le kar khud ke product ko aur behtareen bana aaenge. 

            Jitni achi tareeke se aap apne customers ki need ko samjhenge . Aap utni behtar products ya service unhe de paenge.

  • Jaldi start karne ka yeh matlab nahi ki aap scaling pe lag jao. Scaling bahut carefully aur naaptol ke kiya Jana chahiye.
